SELECT COLLECTION VIP CARD
For our most loyal clients we offer a VIP membership card. The card is by invitation only and will be awarded based on a careful selection process which takes several factors into consideration including number of holidays booked and total amount spent.
The card is our way of showing appreciation to our most loyal clients. The card's most significant benefit is the access to Select Concierge.
Select Concierge is our concierge service in cooperation with Quintessentially - the world famous private members' club with global concierge service at more than 65 destinations.
When booking a holiday with Select Collection we will assist you with concierge requests at your holiday destination. This includes services such as restaurant reservations, access to local events, opera tickets or other special requests.
The launch date is 1 September 2011 and at the start a few hundred selected clients in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and London will receive the card. Each month new clients will be enrolled based on loyalty patterns.
The card has the following terms & conditions:
- The actual traveller must be a Select Collection VIP card member to access the concierge service.
- Concierge services are only available in conjunction with packaged holidays booked through Select Collection which includes at a minimum accommodation and flights.
- For flight only or hotel only bookings or if you book your holiday with another travel company you cannot benefit from the concierge service.
Quintessentially's network include but are not limited to the following destinations: Athens, Bangkok, Barbados, Buenos Aires, Delhi, Dubai, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, London, Los Angeles, Mauritius, New York, Paris, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.
